Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery address. For your convenience, we offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited services.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package's journey.


Returns & Exchange Policy

At Cooper Cube, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your items.

How to Return:

  3. Condition of Returns: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging (if possible). We reserve the right to deny returns if the product is damaged, used, or missing parts.

Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged in transit.
